When I filed a reply to their statement, they refused to respond to consumer Business Alliance. We Clean Carpets responded to them with statements about the one rug which had been cleaned before and totally ignored the other rug. I then contacted Business Consumer Alliance for assistance in resolving the dispute. The man who is the "customer service" person is very rude. They even refused to give me a mailing address or the name of the head of the company. I attempted to resolve this with them until they simply refused to accept phone calls or return messages. The other rug had never been cleaned thus the damage was entirely the responsibility of We Clean Carpets. One rug did have prior cleaning thus I was told by We Clean Carpets that the new damage was a result of prior cleaning. They 'cleaned" two area rugs and left them both damaged. I gave them estimate of $1387.49 to reclean everything with a rebuttable co, repaint my walls, and a refund of what I paid them. May 26: I emailed the manager to let him know I was not letting the back into my home. ![]() Reminded me company had a guarantee that everything would be cleaned thoroughly or it was free. Manager contacted me and begged me to let them make things right. I did not answer so he was also calling my phone over and over. The technician showed up at my door that evening unannounced and very aggressively and loudly banged on my door repeatedly. I was being hung up on and sent only to voicemail. Technician came that evening to redo his cleaning, but left all drip marks on wall.May 25: contacted company through text, phone calls and emails letting them know all issues. ![]() There was a sticky residue on the entire carpet.4: Their cleaning collation was sprayed on 10 of my painted walls, which will not come off. Again I attempted to clean some areas myself and the spots easily disappeared. Everything was covered in a sticky residue 3: Carpet in second room was still very dirty despite the deep scrub. I was able to clean the area very well and the dirt came out very easily. I then tried to clean an area they left dirty, and sent them a side by side photo of my generic spray cleaner and a rag, compared to what they left. It was covered in sticky residue.2: Furniture: left water marks an rings on all pieces. Large water rings left on various places on the rug. Room 1: very dirty still, even though they said they would have to charge me for a deep scrubbing. May 24: contacted company many times via text, emails and phone calls. I paid $166.72, put my signature on a table, and then it was emailed to me with contract stipulations at the bottom I would never ever agree to.
